CONNECT broiler raising equipment including floor system and cage system. Here we introduce the broiler auto. move-out system with pan feeding

* The slats at bottom of cage can be move out when broiler moving out. The broiler drops to the manure belt and moving with belt out of house. This is greatly saving the broiler catching time, speed is fast and reduce the broiler stress. The shortage is reducing the life time of manure belt. 

The main frame of broiler cage matrial is hot galvanized steel sheet whose galvanized coating capacity is 275g/㎡. The door and partation wire net is welded with hot galvanized wire, the zinc coating capacity is 280g/㎡, the surface is smooth and anti. corrision, long working life. 

The feeding system is working with auger with feeding pans, the height of feeding line is regulatable.  The feeding pan material is original PP  pellets with anti. aging element, which greatly extension the working life time. 

The drinking line is nipple drinking system. The height of watering line is adjustable, which suitable for broiler drinking fresh water and hygiene. 

The slats material is original raw material, soft and firm, there is no hurt for broiler breast and paw. The hole size is reasonable, which is good for manure dropping down to the manure belt. 

There is rail for inspecting cart at bottom of cage. Worker can step on rail to check or mange the broiler at top tier. 

After the chicken moving out with manure belt and drop to the horizontal belt, then move out of chicken house to rotating plate or the truck direct.
