Cattle de-hiding machine
The cattle de-hiding machine is working by hydraulic power. It is also used for other type of large animal’s de-hiding. It is widely used in animal slaughterhouse. This machine mainly includes frame, de-hiding roller, moving device, and transmission system for up and down. When the animal carcass which after pre-hiding reach to the de-hiding working station, the moving device goes up to the top position, and clamping the hide tightly, at the same time, turn on the transmission, the de-hiding rolling starting de-hiding; The elevating system dropping slowly with average speed from up to down and completely de-skinning the whole hide. The de-hiding roller reverse rotating when release the hide, and then the hide drop to the hide air delivery pipeline to hide collecting room.
This de-hiding machine structure is simple, convenient operating which only turn on the button will work and greatly reduce the labors. During the de-skinning step, the labor have to stand on pneumatic height adjustable platform, so the de-hiding machine have to work together with pneumatic platform. After de-hiding, goes to next working stations of esophagus, head cutting, chest opening, red and white offal removal. The each working station distance is 2.1 meters, the operation time is freely adjustable. Low noise during working. The operation speed is stable, convenient for maintenance. There are two labors need during de-hiding process who checking and trimming to be sure the meat quality. The labors moving freely along with the pneumatic platform.
