Here we introduce the broiler manually move-out system with feeding machine:

The slats or platic net at bottom of cage can't move out when broiler moving out. Workers manually catching the broiler and put in crates when move-out. 

The cage normally three or four tiers. The whole system is fully autotmatic working except manually catching birds. The whole system including automatic broiler pan feeding line, main feeding line from feed silo to the hoppers of each row, automatic manure cleaning system, automatic ventilation system, cooling system, lighting system.

Advantages of caged broilers 

(1) Small area taken, saving land resources. Cage chickens do not need a sports field, make full use of the building area, reduce the space occupied by each chicken and the construction investment cost, and the cage density is 2-3 times floor breeding. 

(2) Save labor and improve economic efficiency. The improvement of mechanization and automation, the reduction of labor intensity, the reduction of production costs such as labor costs, and the reduction of management costs. 

(3) The feed is fixed to save feed. The feed area is fixed and does not compete with each other for food. Even if the feed is scattered on the ground, it will not pollute and can be recycled. There are no birds, mice, etc. competing for food, so the loss and waste are small; the range of activities in the cage is small, and the physical exertion is small. The required energy feed is also relatively reduced.
