The CONNECT higher standard layer farm equipment system is designed for large industry  layer farms. The design and material used are higher standard material.  The cage levels are variable depending on the customized layer house design, normally is from three tiers to 8 tiers. The main frame of cage is made of hot galvanized steel sheet which galvanized coating is 275g/㎡ and processed by CNC. The material is anti. corrison, high precision. The cage door and partion wire material are welded by hot galvanized wire or zinc Alumimum wire. The zinc coating is 280 g/㎡, the surface is smooth, anti. corrision, long working time. 

Features:

* The distance for pillars is 1206mm, which is fastness;

* The bottom wire net is zinc. aluminum wire net, which is high strongness, good elasticity, anti. corrison, more comformatable, and reduce the injur of layer;

* The sloping rate of bottom wire net is 7 °, which reduce the dust inside the chicken house;

* V shape feed crib, feeding is uniform, and reduce the feed losing.;

* Intermittent egg deliverying system which reduce the egg breakage rate within 0.2%. With soft egg and breaked egg automatic collecting device.;

* The attachable chicken manure scraper and four tiers manure scrapping connected tensioning device which made manure removal more cleaning and easy change;

* There is secondary level manure scraper which cleaning the manure more thorough.
