Meal Transit Bin

Meal Transit bin the transit Meal Hopper which used after the meal cooking in Batch Cooker and before feeding to the next process of drying or pressing which gives the enough time for continuously working for meal drying or fat pressing. The system is constructed by the screw shaft which mixing the meal and drives meal from entry to exist.

The features are simple in structure, stable is operation, low energy consumption, durable for lifetime.

Tank diameter is 1200mm, the thickness of tank body is 10mm. The main shaft diameter is 219mm, shaft material thickness is 14mm, The tank length according to the different line capacity request, from 5meters ling to 8 meters or some other dimensions. The material is carbon steel with the stainless steel cover. The system with driving system of gear box and motors. The power is from 7.5kw to 15kw.
