WSL Serial Double Spiral Freezer

In order to meet the needs of market, CONNECT has developed a new type of Double Spiral Freezer which is quick freezing. The freezer including two spiral rotating tower, and according to working capacity, equip with corresponding capacity condenser and compressor unit. The system is widely used in poultry or meat further processing plant, it it suitable working for nuggets, chicken by-products, shrimp, fish, vegetables.

Large freezing capacity

Due to the use of the double spiral towers structure, the characteristics of the screw-type quick-freezer are more fully utilized, so the double-helix structure is especially suitable for large-scale quick-frozen food enterprises. Structural design is more suitable for modern production.

The design is more applying to modern production

The inlet and outlet of the single-spiral quick-freezer can be divided into two forms: upper in and lower out or lower in and upper out, while the double-spiral freezers’  inlet and outlet are at the bottom, and the selection of inlet and outlet directions is also more flexible and easier to match. Combination of other supporting equipment to realize modern assembly line production.

The freezing products are wide and flexible

Since the structural design of the two spiral turrets can be carried out separately, the pre-cooling process and equipment can be omitted for the quick-freezing production enterprises of cooked products, so that the pre-cooling and quick-freezing processes can be completed at one time. The double spiral freezer is suitable working for blocked shape food products.
