Fat Press Equipment
The press produced by Jiangsu Senrong is mainly used for continuous strong physical pressing of high-temperature materials after
cooking to maximize the extraction of oil from the cooked animal and poultry by-products. The press is simple in design, efficient
in operation and low in maintenance cost. The press can be continuously and efficiently mechanically pressed to cook animal or poultry by-products, and the animal fat can be continuously extracted therefrom. The residual oil rate of the pressed solid compact cake released by the press can reach 9-14%. The press separates the cooked material into a hair oil and a pressed cake by a three-stage screw press, wherein the press cake is discharged from the press port, and a hydraulic cutting head is installed at the end of the press cake outlet to maximize the final press cake. Squeezing.
The oil enters the oil sump at the bottom of the machine and discharges the oil out of the press through a spiral in the sump. Depending on the customer's capacity, we offer a wide range of different types of screw presses.
