The vane pump feed screw conveyor produced by Jiangsu Senrong is used for forced feeding of the vane pump. This screw conveyor is upgraded on the basis of the ordinary screw conveyor. At the same time, the screw conveyor has the function of material buffering.

The feed screw of the raw material pump adopts a high-strength screw shaft and shell to meet the working conditions of material extrusion and transportation. A low-carbon steel wear-resistant plate is used between the screw and the shell to avoid direct friction between the blades and the bottom of the groove and increase the service life of the equipment . At the same time, the spiral buffer bin is equipped with a material level sensor, when the material is accumulated, the feeding can be automatically stopped to prevent the material from clogging.
