The oil residue separator is used to screen the grease and solids discharged from the screw press. It has the characteristics of large processing capacity, good separation effect and convenient maintenance.
The oil residue separator adopts an inclined vibrating screen structure. The grease and fixed enter the screen body, the grease passes through the screen body and enters the lower oil collecting tank, and the solid stays on the top of the vibrating screen. With the help of the inclination and the vibration of the screen body, the solid sent to export. The main body of the vibrating screen is connected with the casing by a spring, which reduces the resonance of the casing and increases the service life of the casing. The upper part of the oil residue separator is provided with a top cover, and the screen body can be inspected, cleaned and replaced from the top.
The tray has a door for inspection and cleaning, and the top of the separator is designed as a lid making inspection and cleaning from the top possible.To maintain certain pressure by using choke tube to regulate pressure manually or automatically in processing.
Changes to the screen is done through the top inspection door. The separator will be delivered with a set of screens with a mesh of 0.7 to 1.0 mm and supplied as a complete unit, incl. electric motor and replaceable screen.
