Handling & transfering equipment unloads egg trays in the trolley onto the conveyor, identifying live embryo eggs, unfertilized eggs and dead embryo eggs through the egg handling unit, and then transfer kinds of breeding eggs to hatching basket or corresponding conveyors. 1. Automatic machine for handling & transfering with high speed
The equipment adopts advanced digital processing technology to identify the breeding eggs, the speed of handling & transfering is 50000 pieces per hour, applying to the standard tray for placing 42 eggs. It can accurately identify live embryo eggs, unfertilized eggs, dead embryo egg before 13 days, which is mainly used for handling & transfering 18 days of breeding eggs in large and medium-size hatchery.
2. Semi-automatic machine for handling & transfering
Semi-automatic machine for handling & transfering adopts the whole tray handling technology and identifies breeding eggs with artificial recognition. The speed is 40000 eggs per hour and applicable to a variety of egg tray for chicks and ducks. The equipment operation is simple, it can reduce the labor intensity, increase handling efficiency by about 30%, and effectively reduce the damage rate of breeding eggs.
